About

The Arts-Research-Collaboration (ARC) initiative at the Spencer Museum of Art (University of Kansas) aims to explore the implications of a world marked by rapidly evolving technologies that transform all aspects of our lives—cultural, biological, and psychological—and pose complex challenges requiring novel approaches across the arts, humanities, technology, and the sciences and social sciences. Launched in October 2012, ARC is supported by a grant from the KU Research Investment Council.
